Is this a full bike fit?No, but it includes a lot of information to help any cyclist better assess their own bike fit. Then how will this help me solve my knee pain?I walk you through what you need to know. First we go over some of the basic principles of bike fitting since this will make the changes you implement later make sense. Then we narrow down the tissue involved. After that you can go through the basic elements of measuring yourself on the bike (this is a free program on my website that has been really successful even for beginners). Next I walk you through the possible bike fit fixes including what things will feel like, what to expect etc. Often at this stage many riders already have a good idea of what's causing their discomfort but if you need more help I will have real life examples of bike fittings including measurements and decision-making so that you can see elements of your own issues in the rider's I'm assessing. How in depth is the information? To be honest, much of the information is often as in depth as you would get in attending one of the bike fit schools. There are easy to follow videos if you're not patient enough to wade through all the written material. But if you're willing to do a little work, you'll get a pretty well-rounded education in bike fitting. What can I expect from the videos? The videos are going to be more in-depth and comprehensive versions of my YouTube videos. I try to pack information into my YouTube offerings, so you should get some idea as to just how much goes into these paid program videos. If you're unfamiliar with my channel, you can check out some of the videos hereCan I expect this to be like a physical therapy treatment or assessment? No, this will not in any way be a PT or medical treatment of any kind. This is merely information to aid in a better understanding of how a rider interacts with their bike and help to improve the self-assessment ability of that rider.
